For those that have a couple hundred dollars to spend should check out Polosophy and Q'aja. Both companies offer a bespoke polo shirt service. Q'aja customizes Phil Michelson's polos that he wears during tournaments (see "Nice Phil" post for images). I am not to familiar with Polosophy but from their website the quality looks excellent.
